Where I Work and Live

I have lived and worked in North York for over 20 years. I grew up in the West end of Toronto and spent many years in York Region. My clients needs have taken me from Oshawa to Milton and many places in between. I have a fondness for the GTA and surrounding areas and make it my job to be familiar with the real estate climate in all of these areas.

My office is located in the York Mills and Leslie area, however –  by the nature of my job, I am routinely out of the office visiting clients. This helps me to better scope, investigate and get to know many residential and commercial neighbourhoods.

A muti-faceted approach is fundamental to a succesful real estate experience. Each transaction is unique and requires a broad range of knowledge and skills. In addition to representing residential and commercial buyers and sellers, my experience also allows me to provide guidance and advice with any financial or construction/renovation needs you may have.

The real estate and economic environment we live in is uncertain and ever changing.  As a full time Real Estate Professional, it is my job to ensure that I am equipped with the the most relevant property, legal, and economic information.  Continuing education is something I am dedicated to. In addition to industry related conventions and seminars, I regularly attend courses that will ensure I can provide you with the Leading Edge in your real estate transactions.

In addition to my commitment to education, my dedicated network of industry related contacts assists in every step of your real estate transaction. Financial, Legal, Construction, Staging and other services are integral to this process.

Community Involvement

I am involved in many community activities through association with several community organizations. This allows me the pleasure of participating in:

Personal Interests

I do spend a lot of time working but  I also enjoy various social activities. When I do have time, some of the many things I like to do include:

• Play hockey with the neighbours
• Go for a walk to the local movie theater and catch a show with my wife
• Try out new restaurants and experience different types of cuisine
• I am an enthusiastic sports card and comic book collector
